Membership is open to individuals who meet the criteria defined in the Cooperative Bylaws.
Registration requires valid Government-issued ID and a non-refundable entrance fee of N5000.
Minimum Monthly Savings: Members must contribute a minimum of 10000 monthly. Failure to contribute for 3 consecutive months may result in account dormancy.
Withdrawal Notice: To maintain liquidity for all members, a formal notice period of 30 days is required for withdrawals exceeding N50000.
Transaction Fees: The Cooperative reserves the right to charge nominal administrative fees for bank transfers or specialized processing.
Qualification: Members are eligible for loans only after 6 months of consistent saving. The maximum loan amount is typically capped at 150% of the member’s total savings (the "Multiplier Rule").
Guarantors: Large loans may require 2 internal guarantors. By guaranteeing a loan, a member agrees that their own savings may be used to offset the debt if the borrower defaults.

Surplus Distribution: Dividends are not interest and are not guaranteed. They are paid out only when the Cooperative records a surplus, subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
